Hi, I am an ex-employee of Capgemini and i worked there from 2009 to 2017. The PF amount pertaining to that period has not yet been transferred to my current employer PF account. Despite multiple attempts to reach Capgemini PF team through email, i havent received any response yet. I want to know the details of how my PF amount was transferred to PF office as the recipient PF office denies receiving the amount....

I don’t understand what kind of helpdesk Capgemini has, been emailing since last 1 year, no timely help received, now since last 1 month no response at all! I started a pf transfer request but they did not transfer money only pension services .. now they asked to me again start transfer process and the site is not allowing but Capgemini is not responding any more.. I mean am mentally harassed by this company no response at all,...
