I'm chandu sai I got selected for A3 role in Capgemini on the month April 21-2022 after that I didn't receive my doj. I am very much interested to join in Capgemini either virtual or physical mode. I have good facilities if the onboarding is virtual and I join any location if the eis physical. I hope the company recruitment team is tried to resolved my problem

I am an ex-employee of Capgemini and my last working day was 28 October 2022. When I left, my claim was pending for payment which is still not reimbursed to me. I have been following up continuously with different teams Offboarding/finance/HR but all are giving lame excuses. Last month when I gave them last warning, they said they will process the reimbursement on 27th January but till date it is not done. This is very shameful matter for Capgemini. Owning such a big brand and behaving very cheap in terms of paying money to employees. Already my 7 months of variable pay have been ate by Capgemini, at least have the humanity to reimburse the pending claim. Claim id is CAB503E0031342BCADC6

"I got offer from Capgemini on March 2022 with the joining date of 5th April 2022. Hence I left my previous company by serving 3 months notice period. But Capgemini has not onboarded me on time. I have written many emails to recruiter manager. Recruiter and their manager is not responding to me over email, call or message.

I lost my job in previous company and I waited till now without salary because of Capgemini offer only. I lost everything and facing financial issues because of your offer only. You are playing with my life and career also. I thought Capgemini is the one of the best MNC companies in India. Now what should I do. Outside we don't have opportunities also. Without requirements why you people interviewed me and released the offer. Please suggest me what should I do now."

I have been mailing CG retrials team for my PF withdrawal for past 2 years, but there is no response from them. My fate is my colleagues are also moved from Capgemini. I dono why Capgemini is not taking this as a serious issue. I need to withdraw my amount from Capgemini PF account. Before to that I need to know my UAN number. Even there are not ready to share my UAN number. Can anyone who is working in Capgemini, Chennai help me in this issue? May be one of the team member from retrials team can also see this complaint, please help me out.

Capgemini offered me analyst role through campus placement hiring and now revoked my loi without any specific reason.

More than two years have passed but the PF amount has still not been transferred to my account, I've followed up so many times, but no proper response from CG retirals team.

Hi Capgemini,

I interviewed in capgemini for L2 support. I got selected in the technical and managerial interviews. HR informed that my 60 days of notice period id approved. We had a salary discussion and we agreed on a salary as proposed by HR. Documentation was completed as well. Now the HR since past 2 weeks is stalling the offer letter stating that the offer team is releasing the offer letter only for candidates joining in January. He then called me and asked to reduce the notice period to 45 days. But he informed in the beginning that there was no issue in 60 days notice period. Now he is stalling and offer team is not releasing my offer letter. It has been more than 2 weeks and I have been continuously following up.

Please help in releasing the offer letter.

I have submitted all the documents company asked for but now they are saying that they didn't get documents properly where as I have send all the documents to the company I tried to call them several times send mails several times but they are not replying me in any way

I got my loi on June 16, Got my date of joining on July 14. But then in a week, my joining date was postponed. I was informed I'll get my doj within a month but then it has already been 5 months since I got loi, no updates after that. I have messaged the person who's responsible for my onboarding, he suddenly left the watsapp group without any prior information. Please, do help me with my onboarding.
