Capgemini — Bank KYC in PF account | |||
I am an ex-employee of Capgemini, left the company in 2018. The employee there registered my PAN and bank details incorrect. On 17th May 2021, I emailed them to create a Bank KYC request since I was not able to create it from my side o[censored]AN Portal because of some tech trouble. The PF work of Capgemini has been handed over to a company called AllSecTech. After 10 days of literally begging they create Bank KYC request for me which is pending for digital E-signing since 25th May. Capgemini/AllSecTech employees never replies on time, They are so lazy and incompetent that they don't even read the mail chain to understand the issues. If at all they replied to my mails, they always misguided me and said they will look into the issue. It"s been 22 days and only get a on liner response from them saying 'they will update shortly' and their shortly takes 7-10 days of response. Even I tried reaching to all escalation levels, but nobody responded. Here are the mail id of all escalation levels, who are straight away ignoring my mails.
