Capgemini — Cannot withdraw ppf - no one is giving any response

HI Sir/Madam,
I have resigned and came out of Capgemini in Jul '15, and since then I m trying to withdraw my PF, but I cannot withdraw.
I have worked for 4.5 yrs in capgemini, I thought, if I wait for 6 more months, I will complete 5 yrs and can withdraw the amount easily.
But none of them are giving any response, neither the Pf team nor the HR/exit team.
Now i need the money immediately but dont' know how to withdraw the amount. Please help, i m in need of money very badly. I have taken a debt at 10% interest, expecting to pay, once i receive the PF, but I lost trust in them.

Please help and do the needful asap

@Consumer complaints team,
please let me know how are you handling these issues. will the consumer get satisfied and will there be no response even if someone is raising the issue.
