Capgemini — capgemini pf withdrawal issue

I am sandeep kumar the ex capgemini employee and my emp id was 74171_fs.

I sent my pf withdrawal forms to below pf department 5 months back. I am following up with capgemini pf team through an email regarding the update but i am not getting any response from them.

Please help me on this kind of issue.
