Capgemini — Claim reimbursement pending from 10 days

I am an ex-employee of Capgemini and my last working day was 28 October 2022. When I left, my claim was pending for payment which is still not reimbursed to me. I have been following up continuously with different teams Offboarding/finance/HR but all are giving lame excuses. Last month when I gave them last warning, they said they will process the reimbursement on 27th January but till date it is not done. This is very shameful matter for Capgemini. Owning such a big brand and behaving very cheap in terms of paying money to employees. Already my 7 months of variable pay have been ate by Capgemini, at least have the humanity to reimburse the pending claim. Claim id is CAB503E0031342BCADC6
