Capgemini — Delay in pf transfer

Hello,
I used to work for Capgemini about 3 years and after quitting CG in Jan 2015 when wanted to withdraw PF amount, i was suggested that I couldn't withdraw the amount except transfer.

I had submitted all documents for transferring my PF to PF Helpdesk-Capgemini in July 2015 and after 4 months also the PF has not been transferred yet and they are not providing me any update on this. I had raised a grievance with EPFO and they asked me to check with Capgemini as they have exempted PF trust but now it looks like in the name of exempted PF trust, they are not contributing anything and looting the money of employees.
