Capgemini — EPFO - Data Change

I am ex-employer of Capgemini. Capgemini team have entered my EPFO details wrongly. I want to transfer my PF amount to my new employer account. But can't able to do it because of wrong data entry.
I am following up with Capgemini Retrials team from more than 3 years they are least bother to respond and update the status.
Kindly let me know what should i do it over here.
It's my hard earned money.
