Hi, I got selected in capgemini on Jan 1st week 2017. Hr gave the confirmation i got selected. then i have submitted my documents. After that i got a cl from hr, he asked about salary expectation. I told my expectation. after 6 days i called him and asked about my status of candidatature. Hr told, all the position went on hold.. Because of few budget control . Really i m confused about this.. My interview was started on nov 16 and completed on jan 02nd. I hav attended 5 levels. 1.Technical .Technical 2 3.Online program round 4.Manager round. 5.Hr Round Finally hr told all the postion went on hold. Because of budget control. is it true or not?
