Updated by suryadeepa Maternity policy was updated with effective from 1st jan 2017. It's good new. But this policy will applicable for only delivery date is on are after 1st jan 2017. i don't know why not for already who is in maternity. companies should give equal priority for all and the changed policy should applicable for all current maternity cases and existing maternity women's also(for suppose if maternity leave start date is 1st Nov 2016. As per existing maternity policy 3 months leave, that means 1st of Feb 2017 is the official reporting back date. New policy start changed from 1st Jan 2017. in this case they are in maternity leave when the policy got changed. So they should also eligible for new policy, But why they are not considering those cases. Rule is rule and rule for all.

Below are the list of issues for 3-month-old infants moms:

1.Women with 3-month-old infants who worked full time reported feeling greater rates of depression, stress, poor health and overall family stress.
2. They miss baby feeding on time due to this baby health will spoil. generally doctors will suggest at least 6 months feeding.
