Capgemini — Full and Final settlement not credited completely

I have been working with Capgemini for last 10 years. my last working day was 13th April 2022. I haven't received Full and Final Settlement completely, I have been chasing FnF, Retiral helpdesk, Finance and HR team.
No one is revert with any clarification. Please help on this
