Capgemini — gratuity/pf not received

I had left capgemini on 30th march 2018. Since then its been 2 months and i am unable to claim back my gratuity amount from capgemini. The address given and documents sent to have not confirmed if they have received anything.
The poc are all useless and have no updates about the same. No replies to mails or on anything.
I am not sure who is to contact to now and how to recover the gratuity and pf transfer.
Kindly help.
