Capgemini — haven't received amt

My name vinod ithape i did pf transferred request from wipro to capgemini. I got mail on 24 nov 2017 transferred has been done but as i checked with capgemini they haven't received any details. I have sent many mails for [protected]@wipro.com but no luck. Plz help me on this issue on priority...
