Capgemini — I am not able to withdraw or transfer my Capgemini PF ,written to Allsectech almost one month back still not resolved

I am not able to withdraw or transfer my Capgemini PF. Also Capgemini DOJ is also wrongly displayed as March1-2016.Empolyee id is 036653

Written to Allsectech almost one month back with all documents submitted still not resolved and not getting replies also

Ticket no is 376544320220322104941.

Now I want to go withdrawal after and expecting below
1.CG Correct DOJ to be updated 14-june-2010 in UAN service portal.
2.Father name displayed as "Makkena Ramullu chowdary" to be corrected as "Ramullu chowdary M" as Aadhar card.

My DOJ also updated wrongly in EPFO portal . I have sent multiple emails to Capgemini Retirals Team but the issue has not resolved yet . Due to this I couldn't join HCL recently . CG BGV team didn't validate my DOJ . No one from HCL responded to me . Now it is big headache to correct my DOJ in EPFO portal .
