Capgemini — I'm complaining about Hr carelessness and not getting an interview after being made to wait for 4 hours

I applied to Capgemini through superset and I later received a mail for interview process, but I did not get a chance to be interviewed and I was made to wait for 4 hours, and later I was told to logout of superset site, I mailed them many times but still no communication was received from the company side and I'm really astonished by the amount of carelessness. It was really disappointing and frustrating
