Capgemini India Pvt Ltd — pf transfer issues

I left capgemini on 21st july 2017 and after that have tried to transfer pf offline as they did not have any online facility. I had sent form 13 from my current organization but they did not transfer it yet.
Now they have the online facility but they have not updated my date of exit yet in spite of repeated reminders so i am not able to transfer online.
Please let me know how to solve this issue

I am taking follow-up since last month. But after getting a reply, I am not able to see any progress.
They are not updating Date of Exit in UAN portal. Due to which I am not able to trigger pf transfer request.
