Dear Capgemini Sir/Madam,
I Rutuja Umakant More. I have accepted Capgemini LOI for the analyst role and the adapt training program has started on 10th Feb 2022. I received a mail from Capgemini with login credentials for the adapt training program. I have started working on modules, But after a week when I tried to log in to my adapt account it is showing my account had been inactivated or blocked. I would like to inform you that I don't have access to my login credential for the Capgemini ADAPT platform. Now without my account, I cannot complete the adapt training. I don't know the reason why my account is deactivated My respective allotted username is CAPG2022B11ADA053. I have mailed Capgemini adapt team (adapt.[protected]@capgemini.com) continuously but I never got a proper response. Please tell me what to do now? Help me by resolving the issue as soon as possible, and Please initiate this request at your end.
