Capgemini — My Name in the PF account is wrong

Hi Team,

I am an ex employee of capgemini. In the PF account my name is incorrect so i am not able to transfer my pf amount. I was suggested from capgemini share the supporting documents to correct it.

Then i sent the hard copy of all the supporting documnet and i was asked to wait for 2 month. Now when i am asking for update they are saying sennd the supporting documents. I am struggling since Feb to transfer my PF amount.

Please help to fix the issue
