Basically there are few issues:
1. I requested airtel customer care to come and check my home. They didn’t come and in the below mail they are clearly telling it will take some more months to resolve this tower issue.
2. Logically speaking for non-working connection why should I pay for it? Customer support is not agreeing for holding the bill also
3. Also for non-working connection not willing to go ahead return my money also. They are simply telling they can’t refund.
4. I provided them alternate approach of provide me the Broadband connection instead of currently provided non-working one. But customer care is not logical.
Could you please help me to resolve this issue and get my money back. We are believing, we will get good support from the service provider who is working from our premises. But there is no support and I lost almost Rs.4558 due to this.
Airtel also not providing the support. I already handover my device to Shiva who arranged the connection from our premises.
Otherwise please try to stop airtel selling agents from our premises.

You are not able to provide the proper connectivity in some are why you are
selling the instruments to me. Before selling any product you need to check all
this issues. Otherwise convert my connection as Landline. Otherwise I will go
to consumer court by today explaining all your mails regarding this below.
Also why should I pay for without working network? Any logical reason behind
this?
Also you people are following just cut and paste procedure. Just check your
below mail. You are not even analyzing the real situation. So, many people
facing the same kind of issue. You copy pasted your message. This proof is
enough for me to go to the consumer court. I am IT guy. I know the process very
well. Let us meet in the Consumer court.
