Capgemini — offer letter

Hi, my self shiva kumar last week i have attended for capgemini interview in bangalore office. This interview was scheduled by internal capgemini hr itself for opening of ics/soa. After successful rounds of technical rounds for almost 6 hours i was selected and the hr intitated the process of documents.
After submitting the documents i was not recieved any offer or call. When i asked reply from hr their was no reply atleast then later when i call them they said your offer not approved from c level. Atleast hr should have common courtsey to inform for candidate. This is second time i have faced issue with capgemini.
