Capgemini — PF deducted but not credited to my PF account

I left Capgemini in April 2022
My PF balance is 0 despite being deducted from salary
For last 3 months, i am chasing capgemini retirals helpdesk team to
help me on this and update my details on EPFO .
They just wasting my time and not helping
Despite sending bulk of information and required documents they asked for
they are not helping with this
