I am writing this with regards to my PF issue which is going on since last 2 years. I am facing some financial issues because of the salary cut down.
I am an Ex- Employee of Capgemini India, left the organization on 8th August 2018, since then I am trying to transfer my PF account but even after sending 100+ emails I am not getting proper and correct response from the PF team.
In 2019 when I started my PF transfer procedure I submitted Form 13 to the office and within 3 months my PF cheque was released from CG trust and sent to EPFO Thane office. My current employer's PF team for that cheque back from EPFO Thane office saying they have stopped accepting cheques for any PF transfers.
I informed this to CG PF team immediately but they were sending Annexure K with same old cheque details (not valid any more) and after a long time on 3-4 months when they understood the concern, they started giving me same reply "We have processed your PF claim same has been send the NEFT Payment advice to Authorized signature. We would request you to wait for some time." Since then I am sending them reminders to get the update and they telling me the same stuff after every 2 emails from the last 2 years.
I also followed up with new vendor Allsec by sending them emails as per the escalation matrix given by CG, but no satisfactory reply from as well. When I checked on the portal for my PF balance, balance was showing Rs 110.
Could you please help me with my PF amount and transfer/withdraw.
