Capgemini — PF transfer amount was ZERO

I am Ex Capgemini Employee, My total tenure (20/08/2015-05/02/2018) Employee ID : 81016_IN
Iam working for HCL Technologies now, I requested for PF amount transfer from EPFO portal and submitted the signed form 13. I was shocked to see that claim is settled and 0 Rs/- (Zero) fund is transferred.
Despite of all mail exchanges and twice claim request they settled for ZERO Rupees. The then PF trust was Capgemini's Private firm and passbook was never made available online.
Please help me in above case.
