Capgemini — PF Transfer Issue from the last 2 years

After several follow ups, I have received Annexure K and other documents from Capgemini PF Trust in December 2019 and I had submitted Annexure K in my current PF account office at Hyderabad. After a few follow ups, I have got to hear from the PF office that they are not able to find the cheque that was mentioned in the documents provided by Capgemini PF trust.

Hence, I started follow up with Capgemini PF trust from almost 2 years now. However, no response and not sure if there is any contact number rather just emails. I am really fed up with the service Capgemini offering in PF area and this is almost same for a few of the folks that I know and not sure if the management does really know and it is questionable if they are monitoring the PF trust service.
