Capgemini — Provident fund not being withdrawn even after follow-ups

This is a exactly the same situation for me. I had applied for PF withdrawal in Capgemini on March-2017 and had been following up with the [protected]@excelityglobal.com and [protected]@excelityglobal.com for almost 3 months now.

They gave me an address and details to be sent, but don't acknowledge the receipt and processing of the documents.
I also tried to re-send e-mail with "Escalation" as the keyword in subject line, as suggested by them. But there are absolutely no reply from them.
