Capgemini — Query on Onboarding

I am p. Amala kumari, I have received capgemini letter of intent on 28 march 2022.I have completed my graduation without any active backlogs and passed with a good percentage. I have completed my background check as per the instructions given in the mail.
I declined all my other job offers to join in capgemini.
But this delay in date of joining makes me so worried. My parents also worrying about my job now because it's been more than 5 months, till now I didn't get my date of joining.
