Capgemini — Regarding not receiving letter of intent

In the month of November I got selected for the role of the analyst but from that day to till now I didn't get a Letter Of Intent (LOI)from Capgemini .since it has been 5 months up to now. I didn't get an LOI or any kind of verification from the Capgemini. Could you please look into it?
