Capgemini — Update on my Application

I had applied for MCA Batch 2021 pool later gave my interview and received a mail that I got selected for the position. I later when I contacted HR, she was sending me LOI but then she said I don't fit into the criteria as I have a back in 12th but I checked the criteria and there it's mentioned Candidate appeared for 12th twice, will be considered and the candidate should submit both marksheets. I've been trying to contact the HR but there is no response. Please give me an update on this. I have attached the screenshot below please look into this matter and kindly help me with it. Thanks
