Capgemini — Updation of Incorrect DIE for my PF Account in EPFO Portal | |||
I am a ex employee of Capgemini. Capgemini PF Team Pune wrongly updated my DOE for my PF account due to which my service and EPS transfer get failed. I requested them to correct the same and submitted the join declaration form along with documents which has to verified and submit to RPFO by them. After submitting documents i mailed them to confirm about the receipt of document and request them to process further. PF team didn't even read my mail properly. They respond irrelevant to my mail.(Saying PF has been Settled) I already aware PF has been settled but I am wondering about service and EPS transfer which got failed due to incorrect DOE for which i am doing this process PF team only responds over mail, their contact number(personal as well as extension) not available. I am facing the same problem. Capegemini retiral team is so pathetic that they are not responding to the mail for 10-20 days. They Entered my KYC details in PF account wrongly and it's been a 25 days of following to make the correction, only response I receive is a ticket number and sometime, they have corrected vthe records when they have not.
