Capgemini — Variable payout recovery and false commitment at time of joining

I have concern against the variable payout recovery.

My concern is appraisal period starts from jan to dec since we served this period we should be eligible for the variable pay although capgemini has done some partial payment this year and asking back since we are leaving before 31st march. I have served 1.2 months before putting papers so i believe variable pay is my right.

2) At time of joining capgemini 30th nov 2020 pratik.[protected]@capgemini.com this person has promised that i will be part of appraisal but later come to know this was as false commitment.
