Capgemini — Working from home affecting family

My brother's wife is at manager level at Capgemini (Airoli, Mumbai). She is having a baby of just 10 months. Pandemic has made some serious changes in working hour, she used to have a good 9-5 job for which she signed but now she starts her job at 9am but continues to work even 10pm. This thing is not just affecting her but complete the family. My mother (her mother-in-law) has to look after baby and then even cook, her health is taking severe damage for this. Despite of saying many times the company doesn't give damn about it. The policy should be strick regarding working hour of employees. The employee is working from home does not mean that they don't have any personal life. I want the working hour should be the same as they were before pandemic.
