Dear sir my name is ajay kumar mr kuldeep from bonaz capital contact me in the end of october 2019 they offered me advisory services for stock market that time i was in kashmir and that time internet service and sms service was suspended in the velly due to abrogation of artilce 370 and i said i don't have internet nor i have sms service than they promice me to support on phone. I agreed and first i joined their equity cash by paying 17500 for 2 month service but after joining this equity the person named avinash calling himself relationship manager force and convience me to convert me in option service of three month saying me that you will not get good return in cash option is suitable for you and i said your option service is costly i have just 80000 to invest and he said fee for option is 64190 and you can start with minium 20000 capital in option and they said first deposit half fee and other half to be deposit after recover your half fee from market. I agree and i start with them but fight after deposit first half fee they started forcing me to deposit remain and did not gave me any call till i diposit full fee. First week they gave me support and gave me profit of 9000 and after first week komal from bonaz contacted me saying she wiil look after my support and start exaplaining me various others service benifits i simply said i can not afford higher services and i said no than she said you are a cheap person i will not talk to you and she cut the phone. Next day she gave call of bata india option and that call book me loss of 50 percent of my capital. After that she never pick my call and never call back than i call to again mr avinash sir what to do now i have capital very less he said in this capital trade is not possible and after that he did not gave me any suppoert of phone they just gave me support for 2 week and i got just one or two theirs message on phone regarding call. I also mailed them to hold my service till 10 feb 2020 but after 10 feb they never call me nor any message regaiding advices and nor any communication from theirs side. Theirs support mobile no. Nobody pick them theirs all staff are liars. I also mailed the regarding this but they did not gave me responce last time i contact to avinash and said him to i did not get any service nor any profit please refund my money he simply said no and said do complain anywhere you want and cut the phone

Dubey is the department head as i have discussed with him he told me whatever you want to do you can but i will not give any single thing from company.

Kindly take immediate action against bonaz capital. It is one of the fraud company in india. Only play and cheat with people money. Never help people. Its sebi registered company. They only cheat and do fraud with people. This is not sebi related company. It is fraud company in india. Bonaz capital have cheated and done fraud with me. They have played with my money.

Do not trust bonaz capital, this company is doing fraud services on share market trading. First they will take money, and won't give any response. Because of bonaz capital, l lost 6-lakhs indian rupees in over a month period. I paid rs.3.5lakhs to bonaz capital, then i lost of 2.5lakhs in trading over a month period. My profile was dealt by mrs. Komal, mrs. Aditi.

Bonaz capital is fraud company, it is my humble request to all person who become subscribe or going to get advisory services from this company.

In beginning they will ask you to pay minimum subscription charges, when you pay money they provide fake trade call it will lead to loss your money, then they will ask more money to get better services.

I have already paid 159366/- inr to bonaz capital since last three month against different services they had committed. Till the date my total consolidated loss in demat account is 2.1 lakh. My total expenses and losses is 2.1 lakh in demat + 1.59 lakh for bonaz service= 3.69 lakh in three month.

On 07/09/19 they had call for hdfc bank option call but as stoploss was passed they were not reviving my call till the date.

My self yashpal singh i have paid rs 17450/- in recently service charge of bonaz capital but when i started work no any single day i have got profit by him. The make fool the people and looting the cash, please do not work with bonaz capital indore even if they want to call free then also i am not interested.
Giving only tuka call fraud i lost rs 25000/- on bonaz capital advise...

I wont waste your time in writing too many lines about these # frauds. They take the money as a joining fee for trading calls and the moment you pay the amount they stop answering your calls or will cut the calls directly.

Bonaz capital is a company who provides stock market tips. Initially i paid 1.2 lacs for 3 months service and within two weeks they provided almost 2 lacs loss. After that they told to upgrade my plan to 3 lacs to recover my loss and so i paid it. After that also i got loss and loss only.

Now they are denying their responsibility saying that i didn't follow their instructions. Kindly help me.

Bonaz capital is biggest fraud company as an investment adviser. I had blindly trusted this companies employee and paid them rs 22900.00 against service offered by them with sum of rs 40000.00 company employee gives many verbal commitments over phone by saying that sir you can trust us as all the phones are getting recorded and we are bounded to give you service as per the commitment over phone and once they get money they are lease bothered to provide service and always try to misguide and when we occur loss in 2-3 scrips then suddenly the concern person disappears and another person start doing follow-up by saying that another person is in meeting or not coming or on leave, etc. Etc. I was cheated and misguided by the employees of this company and i would like to share the name of all those, and they are mr. Ashutosh, ms. Anshika, mr, ankesh & mr. Deepak. Now i really doubt whether these names are even real or not because after seeing so many bad reviews of other customers i feel this company people must be changing name everytime and once they takeout sum amount from their customers they start approaching other people to convert in to their customers. I have started receiving call again from mr. Ashutosh for balance payment and when i said why are you asking for balance payment when i didn't received proper service and as per your commitment i have to pay only after i get profit, so he started begging that seniors will not understand all this things and on paper it is not mentioned but if i make remaining payment then he will give extra service and help me to recover from all past losses. This is another false commitment over phone. If you can not fulfill your first verbal commitment then how can you expect that same customer will trust you again and will make payment on your another so called recorded phone.

I am going to log complain against this company under consumer protection act and under cyber crime law because i have recorded all the phone calls of this guys and even i have wrong invoices received from company. I had words with one lawyer and she is in my support and said that this proofs are sufficient to file complain against this company and claim the money with compensation.

Request all readers if you don't want to pass from all this stage then please avoid calls of bonaz capital.

Biggest fraud comapany... I have ever seen. All people are frauds. 200% fraud company bonaz capital... With fake promises and fake suggestions... Once they have received money,
Then after they won't respond yet all... Beware of these frauds... Mainly mr avinash, mrs sruthi ([protected]), mrs mansi ([protected], [protected]) the most worse cheaters..
Dont beleived this company they only take the money service is not given to clints. They will insist you to switch the profile from one person to other
By paying an amount of rs.5000/- by doing this they directly change the basic pacakge to premimun
And will force you to pay the balance or else they will discard the profile and they are asking money again and again.
Towards changing the profile charges. They will play a game and trap you to switch the profile

Kindly plz does not give a single amt to bonaz capital, its a fake service provider. Just week ago the cheated me.
I was give rs.1500, then the demand to pay more amt in 2 days that is 26000, this amt also after i told from tomorrow i will give u amt only form profit, the give me to buy bhel i got the profit of 5500, and same day the give me bpcl and loss around 3000, i quite satisfied, 2nd day i not receive message for option premium service so i called they told me total 53500 option premium service so paid remaining, so i was paid the remaining 26000 also on 15th sept 17, and i specifically told now 3 month not demand u a single rupee form me, because i manage money form my friends & from credit cards, they agree for that, after 1 day the told me your service not activate due to we select wrong service that is for rs. 1, 65, 000. I specifically told i m not interested kindly give the service of 53, 500. They told software is not give you benefit without this rs1, 65, 000 service. Kindly pay just 10000 more and we start the your platinum service. Today also they called for money rs. 10, 000.in between i have 20000 in demat account they told me to buy jet airway call for rs 10 at 580 strike price i buy 1 lot and now the call amt is rs 3. So i lost money from demat account also. I told that we read your review and all review are negative, then they told that u not trust on me, you just paid 10000 and see what quality service you got, but now i not trap this fraud people, i aware all of you all mp people are make fool to us by behaving friendly nature & show you dreams abt make million of money, we only give money to them & they not worry for that, i requrest all of you kindly not trap in this company this is a fraud company, this sebi registration number also not got in seb site, i lost my 53550 rupees plus lost in market abt 18000 rupees due to bonaz capital.

Respected sir / madam,

This is a brief complaint as discussed regarding fraud done with me by mukeshbhai (Executive bonaz capital)

First mukeshbhai sent me two proposal mail from a gmail id in the name of bonaz capital regarding operator based services (Mails forwarded to bonaz support and also screenshots attached)

The first mail included an operator based service of rs 450000…in that he mentioned that he will make me earn profit of rs 40 lakhs in 3 months time

The second mail included a note that if i have paid for the first stage service of rs 450000 than he will provide me the second stage service in rs 15 lakhs (Actual cost 30 lakhs) and in that he will make me earn 6 crore profit in time span of 3 months

So, when i received these mails i have paid rs 480000 to bonaz capital for first stage services, but on the very next day mukeshbhai called me (Mobile no : [protected]) and said that he is not activating this service and he told to think and go for the second stage service of rs 15 lakhs

He had a condition that i must complete those 15 lakhs by the end of february
I agreed and asked some time to arrange for the funds…and on the last day of february i was somehow able to pay 13.5 lakhs to bonaz capital…and for the remaining 1.5 lakhs he told that company needs to achieve its target so the remaining 1.5 lakhs he gave me as discount

Afterwards, he called me after 2 days and told that discount is not possible and i need to pay that 1.5 lakhs than only he will activate my service…so again i asked for some time and i paid that remaining amount within a week
Than, again after i received a call from him that as i have paid that remaining amount in the month of march (When he called me for the remaining amount at that time already march was started) so my offer has expired and now i have to complete total 30 lakhs rupees in bonaz capital in order to start my service

I tried to convince him saying that i will not be able to pay such a big amount. I requested him to start my service in 15 lakhs or else transfer me to first stage service and refund the rest amount…but he didn’t agreed for any of the options and told me to arrange for funds and than talk to him

I called him repeatedly but he didn’t answered my calls and one day someone picked up the call that person told me that he is on leave for about a month

Total payment done till date is

Bonaz capital : 18 lakhs 80 thousand

These payments i have arranged and lended from money lenders as mukeshbhai promised me to make me earn the same from market as soon as possible…till now as i am paying huge interest on this amount to money lenders so i request bonaz capital to take strict actions on mukesh and refund my amount that is taken in illegal way

Inspite of my several calls and reminders i havent got any result... This is my last reminder or else i will have to forcefully involve sebi in this matter... Hoping for quick action
