Capital Electronics — Washing Machine

I booked fridge and Washing machine on 2 Aug. Both products are faulty, I asked seller they sent technician after 5 days of complaints, technician also checked for Washing machine and Said it needs to be replaced. The seller said will replace tomorrow and it's been 5 days he is replacing, he not even answering calls or replying to WhatsApp messages.
