Capital Electronics — not installed ac on proper time - selling person misguide | |||
I purchased one Voltas AC model 185 CX from Capital Electronics VIP (161, VIP Road SCHEME-VII-M, Kolkata-700054) a Unit of Anand & Co Electronics Pvt Ltd) on dated 31.03.2014. At the time of purchase I had enquired about the installation and they said its total free installation on the next day. After getting proper assurance from thier executive I arranged my leave and asked to deliver the material on 02.04.2014. But suddenly they are denying to install it, only ready to delivering the material. It is completely unexpected from BIG Shop like CAPITAL Electronics. Was this information helpful? | |||
