Dear sir,
My Car TN10 AP 6789 Honda City-Diesel meet one Accidient at April 30th, then i Handoverd Accident vechicle our near by Capital Honda Service centre-Pondicherry at May 2nd .
Car Policy Deatil: Bumper to Bumper Insurance( Future General-Pondicherry)
May 2nd we Handover the vechicle for repair but still 2 months going to over they didnt return my Honda city car and they work is very slow and Poor quality they making delay due to Folowing reasons:
* Insurance Approval Delay
* we buy this car (Second hand)and we not seen the inside of all parts at buying time and we not identified the sticking paste in the fan motor,
During insurance(Person) 1st inspection time also was not identified, During the accident Fan motor also Affected, Now They are not giving approval for Fan Motor and they gave delayed information we received from Honda service centre after 35 days.
* At June 6thd we received call from Honda service centre for Test drive, we went their @ june 9th, That time our car its Very dirty and Damaged components they dumped inside the vechicle(Rear car seat & trunk) and then we found poor quality Painting, Door Handle and Door molding Not fixed properlly, Sun viser not fixed properly, center mirror shacking, diesel tank not openning, roof molding not fixed properly, Aircondition mode not workimg properly, & hand brake not working properly, Front seat (left) and reat seat has been damged due to Rate bite.
Evan we take trail that time we found that break not effected, sterring very hard, that time they told this type of allowy wheel is not suitable for our car and tyres also need to be chane, then we give immediate approral to change original honda wheel rim-3nos and we gave 3nos goodyear tyres(Goog condition) .
Then last week(21/6/2017) they told Air condition 4motors not working the parts we need to be change.

Within two day please solve the all problems and return my vechicle otherwise give spare car for my vechicle because after 3days my brother marriage is going to happend
Please advice to honda service center people dont tel different type of complent Every two days...I am not satisfied job quality from Honda service center- Pondicherry
