Am Dr.Rajini Prakash Ganapathi bought Honda Jazz V MT Diesel on March 2016. I had given my vehicle for body shop work on Left Door which was hit by a Two wheeler. vehicle submission date on 12-09-16 with service invoice No: DD[protected]. But they given delivery on 18-09-16 only with lot of flaws in finishing and given assurance for correcting them after 4 days. On 19-09-16 itself the corrected region have paint peel off at two regions. I am so much disappointed by such a unprofessional service in Pondicherry capital honda service center. I was about to upgrade my vehicle to Honda city after sale of present one. But Pondicherry capital Honda service center spoiled all my plans by their worst finishing work on my car. Am submitting this complaint so as to get a resolution of this issue and to insist not to occur for any of Honda customers in Pondicherry Was this information helpful? |
