After subscribing they made me loss and when i cancelled the subscription and told them to refund my money, they say refund is not in their policy. They want to eat the money of public by cheating even if you are satisfied with their services. This is one way of trapping the public. This is a very FRAUD COMPANY. Beware of them.

(payment Reference Number: msbi[protected]) Capitalvia lured me to pay 6000 than 5000 in the name of providing profitable stock tips but did not followed what assured. I started getting delayed intraday call type tips instead of cash calls as assured with almost 95% incorrect predictions that too with late intimation. When complaint further they asked me to pay another 10000 as Stock cash plus premium service where they will assign their executive as analyst to take care of my portfolio and will personally attend to ensure that I would invest with correct stock and in time with guaranteed success. Since I already spent good amount with them I have believe in their theory. But to my surprise they again stopped calling and sms, when inquired they said your amount of investment is too less and it should be at least 1Lakh at a time. When I remind them on what they assured me and promised than again kept assuring me that still there is time and you will get your investment earned. Now again they stopped providing service via call and even no sms. I am being now felt like cheated on what was assured to me by Capitalvia executives and what is being delivered. Already paid around 20K of service fees and lost another 5K in recommended shares in past 12 days. Every recommendation is turned out to be almost 95% incorrect thus loosing my hard earned money till now. Seeing no alternative I lodged a complaint with SCORES (SEBI) with compaint no. SEBIE/KN14/0000378/1 . Please help me on this and do something against such fraud practice by this company so that other investors become alert. Team, I have registered with the company in Feb-Mar 2014 and at that time I have given Rs 7000/- for a monthly pack. After few days, they have asked to change your service and get into some good pack which is VERY useful for me in future. I did and again provided Rs10000/- for a 4 Months pack. But they have only offered me the services related to this pack for just 1 Month and after that put my services on hold till the time/date. Hi friends i am mahendra randhe and i would like to aware you all from Capitalvia.com company this company first shows good trail but after paying them Rs.35, 000/- for premium monthly fees the girl name Sweta Agrawal and Neha Pande give me another 2 profitable call. Then they start to call 20times daily to get their 5lakhs package and assured to available one fund manager who will look after my fund personally then i paid them 1, 30, 000/- and you all wont believe this people made me the loss of 7lakhs and the all their mobile numbers are switch off. so please be aware and don't pay any single rupee to capitalvia. this company have several websites like mcx-ncdx.com and many more. Please please trader dont tie up with this company.

Recd e- mail on 26/5 at 9:10 from Mr Vikash in which the service has been confirmed ie converted to Stock Future Plus ( Yearly) from BTST (quarterly), done by Mr Vikash prior not any intimation/confirmation from me, how it has been done I did not accepted that yearly services due to hard ship of money. On trail basis I was started as BTST (quarterly). I have subscribed bullion metals commodity tips scheme of Capital via Global Research Limited by paying 9000 for 1 months. The next day i got the tips(call/sms) from Mr. Vijay singh sales make me profit of 1000. The he called me ext day ad offer assured call pack by up-gradation for 3 months package by paying RS 13000/ more. He told me that in this pack he and one analyst assist me for assured profit. I had taken 2 days for thinking. After i was upgraded. He also told that you invest more than 50000/ rs in your commodity account for trade. I have invested Rs 72000/. In next tips make me loss in crude oil. He did not told to make SL in any trade.
when i called, they assured me to recover the loss amount next trading day. During first week itself, not a single call went positive. I have got loss of 45000/ in trading account, only 8000/ left. I freezed the membership then and there for a 2-3 days. When analysed the calls given by them in my 2nd week of subscription, I can understand that nobody can always win here - but seemed they were following "Always-Lose" formula. I placed the request for refund of money - but was denied saying there was no such policy in the company.

I got the calls after few days by a another person on inquiring they said i have only SMS subscription have no analyst call service in my profile but after that there was no calls. As I have only made losses & have no money left to trade, I asked for termination of services & refund for the subscription services i have not used, but they refused. when I told about filing a case against the company they said that consumer court or SEBI no one has any authority over them. I just wanted the refund of my subscription charges & the losses incurred by me due to taking the services of such a fraud company. Absolutely worst experience for me.

I have call records of sales and other person who contact and give call for trade.

This is a pure fraud company.please take necessary against them.

I had opted for CapitalVia (CV) 6 months subscription (Cash Package) and it was a pathetic experience. During first week itself, not a single call went positive. I freezed the membership then and there for a week. When analysed the calls given by them in my first week of subscription, I was surprised to see one common thing in most of those calls. The BUY call was always at the intraday high level and SELL call was at intraday low. I can understand that nobody can always win here - but seemed they were following "Always-Lose" formula. I placed the request for refund of money - but was denied saying there was no such policy in the company. But when I signed online through one of the agents, there was no such policy I was made aware about. I had many telephonic conversation with PRO- Swati Jain and Founder- Anshul Mansingka - and found they were very hostile and non-cooperative all the time. I had prepared a case to be filed against them - while continuously asking their decisions. After almost 6 months of it, when I told about filing a case against the company, Anshul finally agreed to pay 50% of my subscription fees. Please keep distance from these guys - although the site looks very impressive ( with Red-Herring award and all) but the ground staff is too uneducated in this field that most of the times they even don't know BSE/NSE code for the stocks they recommend. Absolutely worst experience for me.

this is in regard to the option calls that I had paid for three months from capitalvia .com
I have to say that the company is a cheat n fraud company and all its calls are absolutely at wrong levels
their calls always hit stop losses and also never achieve their targets ..they keep on hold sometimes for the next day giving further losses...they force people to pay for three months and then the person who has made u join will leave their company ..when we call them no one answers and no refund whatsoever...they are cheaters and I would advise people to please not take their services and im sure that this company will shut down soon ...
