CapitalVia — Is cheating their clients

5 days before[protected] I transferred Rs3057 to Capitalvia for getting tips on Equity. It is not activated till now. I told them to activate the account after atleat 3 successful trade advice. They failed to do that and I requested the refund. No update I got from them till now. They told me to take money from bank or borrow money from someone and they will give me a profit of more than Rs 50000 per day. Their free advice I watched and almost all were wrong. They were advised me invest without stop loss also.
The agent (Arham) compelled me to book 125 shares of Maruti as the trend is very high. It would reach a height of more than 200 and he told me I would get a profit of atleast Rs10000 today itself.


But I could not place that order due to some personal reasons and just for testing purpose I ordered only 20 shares.
But that day it fell down about 45 points. I booked a loss of Rs 33 per share.

They are not doing any research. Simply they will watch the market after 11 AM and if it is going up, they will say us to invest else to sell the share. Sometimes they will tell us to buy the share at the highest of the day without the stoploss. We will get a huge loss if we here their advice.

I am sure, if you purchase any of their service they will compel you to take next level of service and extra charge of about Rs5000. But I am very sure, we are getting the same advice only for all the time. I got these reviews from some of my friends also.

I don't know how they are able to get the customers again and again. The agent will tell us to do different things at a time. Buy, hold, sell like that.. if it is a success he will try to get the credit, else he will try to blame us.

So please don't give not even a single Rs to Capitalvia.
