Cappuccino Creatives — Asking for additional payment after full payment

We have booked them for a 3 days wedding function from 11th December to 13th December 2020. As they quoted a high rate we negotiated the price and further they agreed. It’s a right of a person to bargain if the price is too high and nobody can question that.

Yesterday we received their album but there was no box to store them. Without proper storage, album won’t stay for a long period. When I further contacted them they are emotionally blackmailing us by stating the status of the company. And they are asking as to pay 8000 extra.

If they are not able to provide basic things then why did they agreed to commit our function.I request the concern authorities to take very serious action against them.
