We booked them for a 3 days wedding function from 11th December to 13th December 2020. As they quoted a very high rate, we negotiated and further on they agreed.
Yesterday we received the album and storage box was missing. If storage is not proper the album will be ruined very fast. So we contacted them to ask the reason, then they started emotionally blackmailing us by stating the condition of their company.
They asked us to pay 8000 extra for the box and it is quite very unfair. If they are not even able to provide the basic things then why did they even agreed to commit this event.
I requested the concerned authority to take very serious action against them.
