[Resolved]  Libra auto car company pvt ltd — bad service

Dear Sir

I am proud to be owner of Maruti wagonR and customer of such an esteemed company like Maruti.

I am very frustrated/harassed and dissatisfied about the service and dealing attitude by the staff/seniors and even management of the Libra Auto Car Company Ltd Sahnewal Ludhiana.

I am forwarding my complaint lodged at Libra which is self explanatory. They are totally infamous the name of such a good company likes Maruti by giving this type of non professional service to the customer.

I know there is a point system by maruti for satisfaction of customer service because I was received the phone call from Stan auto from where I got the car serviced earlier and they were asked to give the point out of 10 for service.

I have never received such king of call from Libra my request to audit the system and check specially in my case how they forward the customer satisfaction report to your esteemed organisation because I have not given any point since last one year.

Also take strict action as they are not even bothered the norms set by the Maruti regarding the service providing to customer and handing of customer’s complaint. According to my opinion if they are not able to handle the customer’s complaint then they have no right to stand in service sector.

They are not even replied my mails

I hope you will take the appropriate action and will make me satisfied.

This has reference to my earlier complaint regarding the dent on my car and misbehave and casual approach of your employees, I would like to inform you that I have received the apologies letters from your staff on 03..01.2013 with the surety that they will resolve my problem and will take care in the future.

It is matter of great concern that after more that one month passed, I have neither been called regarding the dent nor any single curtsey call till date from your staff. It shows that the formality of providing the apologies letter was only to stop me to forward the complaint of higher/competent authorities.

The casual approach/non seriousness general attitude towards complaints by your staff was not over here.

On 31.01.2013, my car was stucked in sand. I came to your Libra Sahnewal for washing the same at 3.30 PM. On 6.30 I was handed over my car at the darkness time. On good faith I went to my home without checking my car washing. In morning I was shocked to see that the car was not even touched inside. I came to your GM Mr Tang at Libra Motinagar to show the service and care of your sahnewal staff.

Today is 04/025/2013 have you any reply what action has been taken because I am still in dark.

If your staff is not capable to give the service to the customer then you have no right to do business in service department and infamous the name of such an esteemed organisation like MARUTI

This has reference to my mail dated 31/12/12 regarding my complaint; I would like to thank you for taking initiatives. Your GM Mr Tung was come to me for listing my problem. There were lot of other behavior’s issue excluding my mail which were explained to Mr Tung.
The decision of Mr Tung against my complaint was to make the fine to their staff or give me some free services which was not acceptable by me. I am least concerned about my monetary loss; I am concerned about the affronted treatment given to me.
On request, I agree to close my complaint on receipt of personally apologies letter from all three concerned persons i.e Mr Minhas, Ms Sukhbir and Mr Mandeep
I hope you will close this complaint within 48 hrs from this mail otherwise I have no alternative to file my complaint with competent authorities

I, Trilok Saini, is a regular customer of your organisation i.e Libra, Sahnewal, I have had a complaint with your service department. On 29/12/12 i tried to register my complaint on phone but i was treated very negligently. (Copy of complaint is being attached which is self-explanatory) After passing of 24 hrs, when no response was received, On 30.12.12, I visited you Libra Sahnewal to register my complaint on complaint register.


Mr Mandeep was there, I asked to provide me the complaint register but shocked to hear that there was no complaint register available at your service office. On request again and again he to somewhere and make a call to someone. When he came back and said me that I have talked my senior and they said we will not provide the complaint register, the complaint numbers and mail id are displayed you can do what you do. Then I wrote a letter to Mr Mandeep and asked him to receive the same and give me receipted copy but he denied to accept my letter. (Copy of letter is also attached for your reference) In office in front of staff I treated very insulted.

During this i have not received any call from any senior person of Libra. The approach of all are very casual and unprofessional

This is for your information and I am going to forward my complaint with competent/legal authorities with your own risk and consequences.

Dear Sir
I Trilok Saini am regular customer of your Libra Service Centre, Sahnewal since last one year. Earlier I was the customer of Stan Auto. I shifted Libra only due to working one of my relative at Libra.

I have make lot of work done of my car from here. After service I always have faced lot of problems.

From time to time I have conveyed my complaint to the senior persons of your service centre but always ignored in sloppy way by saying that you are our family member.

I have taken huge losses during getting my car serviced at your Centre. Some examples are:

1 Once i got changed my cars, front windshield after that the black color was spread on my car's dash board. I showed them. The color was removed from dash board with very strong thinner and my dash board got damaged.

2. I got changed my car’s real and front bumper but the mud flaps were not fitted in new bumpers. I asked for my mud flaps from senior but no satisfactory reply was received after that I purchased another new mud flaps.

3. After every repair or service I always faced problems and come for attending that unnecessary problems from 25 kms.
For your information kindly note that my residence is around 25 kms from Libra service centre. For me it is not easy to brought my car for such a unnecessary problem by travelling a distance of 25 kms

Very serious matter
On 25th December, 2012 I get my car’s bonnet lock repaired. When the lock repaired I saw there was a dent put on the bonnet upon the lock side. The dent was put by pressing bonnet in careless way. I was busy and on 29th December I made a call to your CCM regarding the complaint of dent on bonnet. The phone was handover by CCM to Mr Ishant. I informed him regarding the dent, on very first instant he was denied and was not ready to listen my complaint. After insist he said that you have to make the complaint on that day now nothing can do and he disconnected my phone. I again make a call to CCM and informed her about disconnecting my phone before listing my complaint and the reply form CCM such a senior person was not acceptable. She was trying to shelter Mr Ishant. She said the he will inform me after discussion of his senior Mr Minhas.

You know that you are in service sector and lot of competition is in the market. Lot of reputed service agencies is requesting us to give the chance to serve. If we are paying for service we expect good service and respect from yourside.

This time I am very disappointed for such a casual/non responsible treatment. I feel very embarrassed. I am very serious about my loss and the way of handing my complaint. This type of casual and non professional approach towards handing of complaint is not acceptable

You are therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter personally and let me know about my loss and what action is being taken towards the non-seriousness approach of your staff within 24 hrs from this letter.

Automotive manufacturers private Limited — BAd Service

My vehicle Swift Dzire ZDI was delivered to me on 6th june 2009.at the time of taking delivery i noticed few scratches on the rear bonnet which i brought to the notice of Ms.Smitha Rajan and Mr.Pravin Lende, to which they said that they will rectify the same when i bring the vehicle for Anti rust and Teflon coating.

Today I dropped my vehicle in the morning for anti rust and teflon coating...to my utter shock i found out that only the anti rust was done and no teflon polishing was done.They have charged the entire amount from me which i had paid by cheque..also the scratches were also not rectified.

I think Maruti is the only manufacturer which delivers scratch vehicle to its customer.The entire thrill of owning a vehicle is not there.

Iam totally dissatisfied with the way my car was dealt with today..not even one week from the date of purchase.

I want the scratches to be rectified or else replace the vehicle with a new one.

What is the guarantee that I will not be put in a hopeless situation as i was put in today..

I want resolution within 2 days.
