We had purchased Ford Figo-lxi model & got the car delivery on 10th Jan'13 from Shreeji Ford, Thane.
While purchasing the car, Shreeji Ford gave us certain offers of car accessoires on some of which's poor quality we are not satisfied, they assured us while purchasing the car as per details below :
1) Teflon Coating-Shreeji Ford assured me full teflon coating worth Rs. 4,000/- but they not stick to their word. And devliverd the car without teflon coating.
2)Seat Cover-The other offer was seat cover worth Rs 6,000/- but I am not satisfied with the poor quality of seat cover they provided not even mentioning now the cost of poor quality seat cover provided. And even these seat cover are not properly fitted to the seat.
I had marked the complaint to Ford customer care but not able to resolve my issue (complaint no. [protected]).
I have attached the written commitment sheet by shreeji ford.
