Dear Sir,
It has been 2 month i have submitted my insurance & ax invoice original on their request as it had a problem regarding hypothecation which they had done with a name of different bank.I have been following up with them for nearly a month but i just receive a endorsement letter from insurance company .I have still not received any of my original documents which i submitted to them.

I too have simmilar experiance with ShreejiFord Thane.They have taken my original LIC policy for registration and have charged hefty amoiunt (i.e above registration charges), but have lost my LIC policy and are very rude and adamanant in replies. Even after 2 & 1/2 month of registration they are not bothered about the same. I am following consistantly and now have lodged a complaint with Ford Chennai.
Request all the people dealing with Shreeji Ford to be aware before dealing.
