Car Dekho — False commitment given by executives; amount on hold

We have contacted car dekho for selling our car Hyundai santro WB2AC7453 through you.
we informed to Mr.Anuj and Kuljeet Godia through mail and over the phone that for party peshi in another state unable to be present then only we will sell our car through you.
on assurance provided by above mentioned executives we proceeded. now our Rs.10k has been hold back citing unable to present at the time of party peshi.
on the false commitment given by these two executives we went with the deal. please justify our situation.
many follow ups and phone call given but no response received.
