Car Dekho — Insurance

Respected Sir/Maam,
With due respect my submission is
. I had Hyundai i20 which i sold online through Car dekho on 23/01/2023 (document attached no1, 2, 3).
. I asked for NCB from dealer that time i came to know that some agency took claim on my name on 9/2/2023 and your company has passed the claim too.(documet attached)

Now my submission is that when i have sold the car on 23/01/2023. and according to company policy the owner is not responsible for any damages after handing over the vehicle then why NCB certificate will not be issued to me.

I request you to kindly take strict action against the agency who took false claim on my name and issue me a NCB as i have never taken any claim in last 13 years
