Disgusting.. No service will be provided by them and the staff behavior is totally pathetic.
I have bought 2 year car break down service from them and never call them in initial 1.5 year but day before yesterday night i forget to switch of the parking light of my car due to which the car battery were down. I called them in the morning at 9:15 am and they told me that the mechanic will contact you in 15-20 min. But no one called me i contacted them again at 11;15, 12:15, 1:45 and then 2:10 but no one shown up. The lady who was picking my call, start putting the phone on hold after receiving. I was very calm in the first 4 calls but behave aggressively in the 5th call which i made at 2:10. Was this information helpful? |
