Disgusting.. No service will be provided by them and the staff behavior is totally pathetic.

I have bought 2 year car break down service from them and never call them in initial 1.5 year but day before yesterday night i forget to switch of the parking light of my car due to which the car battery were down. I called them in the morning at 9:15 am and they told me that the mechanic will contact you in 15-20 min. But no one called...

My car puncture at 10 am n I called them no one answered and when they answered nobody came even till 2pm ! It's worthless n they are crooks who have cheated me and took my money and gave me 2 year of subscription which is useless ! Never buy there subscription...

At the time of requirement/service of punctrue of my car from the carshimmer no one pick the call to attend the my complaint.

This is regarding no service of car shimmer in case of emergency. I had to go to hospital on urgent basis but unfortunately the car didn't start. I had taken membership of car shimmer company so I immediately called them for help....
