I am writing to bring to your attention the persistent problem I have been having with my car remote key for the last three months. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter locally, the problem persists, and I would like your help in resolving it immediately. I want to make another request to you that the registration certificate has not yet been transferred in my name. I hope you will take cognizance of this also soon. The person we used to talk to at Car 24 Ghaziabad has stopped replying and is not receiving our calls.
