I am writing to bring to your attention the persistent problem I have been having with my car remote key for the last three months. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter locally, the problem persists, and I would like your help in resolving it immediately. I want to make another request to you that the registration certificate has not yet been transferred in my name. I hope you will take cognizance of this also soon. The person we used to talk to at Car 24 Ghaziabad has stopped replying and is not receiving our calls.

*Impact on Daily Use: I have to repeatedly lock and unlock the car using the key; sometimes, I forget, and I have to return to the car to lock it. I need to manually open and close the side mirrors, and I often forget to do so, causing significant inconvenience.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter, as it is causing considerable inconvenience. Your swift resolution will be highly appreciated.

2nd had carwas purchased by me in July and since then after multiple reminders and the commitment it is still not transferred to Punjab.

Hi, nearing 2 months (Aug 2023) since I sold my car to Cars24, but still ownership transfer pending. No clear feedback from sales staff yet to numerous mails/ msgs sent by me.

I completed my party paisy on 28th Aug 2023, but still haven't received my pending amount. Car24 team continuously extends the time from 24 hrs to 48hrs then 7 days, then again 10 days
The dealer already has verified, but again they are saying after the RC name transfer, we will transfer the amount.
I already completed all formalities from my side.

The agent DEEPAK [protected] NOT PICKING MY PHONE & not giving my message reply. He is the person who told I would get the amount within 48 hrs, after part pasy.

I am ready to force closer my Thar loan today but finance department of car24 sitting in huda city gurgaon office is harassing my family and doing fraud with us. I am attaching the email of love arora from car24 with final amount of thar and adding forceclose amount with unnecessary charges and i have escalated to higher authority of car24 and got one call from anish sharma as a team lead, don’t know whether he is or making us fool on call and trying cover the love arora fraud. All these team member working together and there is not a single person who can come and give right and complete investigation and give us solution. Today i was about to pay the amount they have sent me on email and now i am receiving 9621 rs extra amount added in my final force closer suddenly

Purchased a car from Car24 before 15 days and problem start to come . Raise a complaint but no one listening and resolving

Car24 not refunding the money on time and delay the subject, service team using emails and delaying the subject request many time to receive call they are ignoring

Kindly remove my contact mentioned in your record so that i doesn't receive any call or text from car24 regarding sale or purchase of a veh. Please do needful

Bought a car from car24 on Dec 26 and it was delivered after 1 week. After that I had given the car for 1st service as the clutch was not working but they returned the car without fixing the clutch and they removed the seat cover without my permission. I raised the complained for the same with car24 and they informed me that i can get the car repaired and upto 30000 they will refund so i got the service done but still the clutch doesnt work still and the mileage has dropped. The main concern here right now is as informed i sent the bill of ₹12, 063 to the car24 and they informed it will be refunded within 48 hours and its been 3 month still they are not responding when asked they say the same thing that within 48 hours I will get the refund. Now they are saying it doesnt come under warranty so they are not going to reimburse.

I sold my activa 29-12-20. one year is gone Car 24 not transfer buyer name. I write many times mail but not responsibility.

OnNov2021, I purchased a used car from Car24 with a commitment from them rgar they will process RC transfer will be done from Car24 in my name. They promised that it would be done in 45days.After 3months also no updates. I was following up with the executive he was telling me will be done in 15days but the days passed. The car trnfr process got worse as they were not sure what to do further process.even after 3 months of my car purchase ntg progressed. Please take nessasary action.

I saw offer on car24 app which is zero % Down payment but when I submitted all documents and did all process . They said you can get only 90% fund on this deal, I asked for the reason so that executive said car is too old, this is your first loan etc . I thought this zero % down payment advertisment is a trap for users . Cars24 wasting customers time also runing fake advertisment .

I have handed over my car to CAR24 dated 18-Jan-2022. As per agreement CAR24 will pay the outstanding loan balance and collect the NOC but from 6 days car24 misleading me and daily they have different story on closing the loan. Then i have asking to please return my car but they refusing to return my car. the current condition is, they not paying the outstanding the loan and not ready to return my car as well. i have no option other then moving for legal proceedings.
regarding this many times i have call and sent mail to customer car but not responded the call and mail yet. which kind of service they are providing .actually car24 is made for cheating and fraud with customer.

I wanted to sell my Maruti Suzuki Swift Desire VDI car through Car 24 and booked online appointment for Sunday. Since I am not available on weekdays. But this is the 5th Sunday consecutively they are missing their appointment in the late hours and harrashing me and wasting my busy time schedule. I am really fase up with your unprofessional activity. No ethical company can do such type of activities with a customer. I request you to take appropriate action against this activity otherwise I will be compelled to complain this in all social media and my associations. Hope you will take this in right spirit.

I have sold my car (Maruti Alto) DL6CL3552 in the month of Dec'2020 and it's been more than 11th month still car registration is not yet transferred.

I have called many times to cars24 customer care and raised the ticket but none of them are giving proper response and customer care executive saying that my car is not yet sold and my car is in cars24 inventory.

i want to know how much time to be take. i want to take regal action on car24.

Car24 sold faulty car by doing temporary fix.please don't buy car from them.
They looted people on sake of 6 months warranty and when you try to cover or repair the car they will deny by saying this part not covered in warranty.

These Car 24 sales team keep calling me everyday at anytime in day. I already mention I do not have any car available for sale. And even after asking to add me in DND list. They still calling everyday. This is really distrubing.
I already made complaint with Car24 couple of times but no one bothered to work on my request.

I have sold my Tata Nano car(AP10BF7211) to Car24.com on[protected]Trimulgherry Secunderabad). Further Car24.com has sold my car to their customer. The new owner is not willing to change the ownership.

I emailed and spoke to Car24 Customer Care many times but no response.

So be careful while selling cars to Car24.

Or we will be responsible for fines / Accidents/crime with the Car.

Guys Be Aware from Car 24 recently i bought car from car24 in lock-down and time of delivery it had some major issue with car where there sales person ask me to take delivery and they assured me to car 24 will repair the car but after lock-down when i contacted him they picked my car from car from home and after wasting 10 days we got email from car 24 that they will take more 15 days to repair or it can be more then 15 days you know guys more then month they are asking and when i asked to give my car they refused me and contacted there customer care sent 10 time email but they never replied now i am having to go via court case where sending them notice where they took my money as well car what a fraud services guys

I'm getting unwanted calls from car24 even don't have car, I recieve calls 7 to 8 times every day

I've purchased a car on 3rd Dec2020 but till date RC trf is still pending, neither I received any RC nor any respond.

बट दिनांक 12 तक भी यह गाड़ी मेरे पास आने में असमर्थ रही जिसका कारण यह था कि कर24 के कर्मचारी द्वारा मुझे उलझाया गया लोन इत्यादि के लिए वह मेरे पर्सनल डॉक्यूमेंट मेरे बिना इजाजत के लीक करी गई जानकारियां ।
आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया कर इस डील को कैंसिल करवा मेरे पैसे जो कि ₹30900 बनते हैं वह अदा करें वा इतने दिन जो मेरे खराब हुए जिसमें मैं अपना काम नहीं कर पाया जो कि मेरा आए मुताबिक ₹12000 7 दिन के होते हैं ।
वह इन दिनों मेरे बहुत ही मान सम्मान को ठेस पहुंची क्योंकि मेरी पर्सनल जानकारियां मेरे बिना इजाजत लोगों में बांटी जा रही थी। कार24 मुझे torcher वा harassment वह मेरे बुजुर्ग मां-बाप को भी इसके कारण परेशान होना पड़ा जिससे कि मुझे वह मेरे परिवार को काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ा ।
कृपया कर तत्काल प्रभाव से इस केस को सॉल्व करने की कृपा करें।

I have sold my car to car24 in year 2018 oct. Till the date they have not sold car & it is still in our name. Registration no is mh03ap8298. When ever we raise the complaint we receive the computer generated reply & it is same every time. No one from car24 is bothered about the issue. No one is taking responsibility from vashi/thane/gurgaun officers of car24. No one is taking the ownership & keep on passing the issue when ever they receive the call. Please help in this.

I have joined as a dealer with car24 and paid initial amount of 10, 000/- security.
I have selected a vechile swift from bidding process by looking the report of car as mentioned by car24 report.
As i was a new dealer i asked from sales team that i would like to see the vechile before i pay the entire amount land permission was given from their team.
So i went to their parking and saw that the car was not in good condition and in the report it was not mentioned there were many points which were missing from their report by watching all this i came back without paying amount now sale team member miss pinky told me that their team will visit the car and inspect the car now after 7 to 8 days i am getting calls from their team that i need to pay the entire amount of car 2.80l and with in 24 hr we will refund it by listening it i said it is your fault that you had not prepared appropriate report and now i will not pay any amount.
Now they have deducted my 10, 000/- amount.
I wasted my time and money with car24 kindly refund my 10, 000/- and close the dealership.

Very unprofessional behaviour from car 24 team

1. Maruti celerio purchased from car24 on 25 march 2019, paid 100% advance and then vehicle was handed over to me, with promise of transfer of ownership within 30 days
2. Forged documents submitted by car24 employee (Agent) for transfer, that was caught by rto, so rto rejected the noc and ordered to bring owner to rto office, complete unprofessional way of handling the documentation part
3. Vehicle is not getting transfer due to issue created by car24 team
4. Not able to use car even after 100 % payment
