Purchased a butterfly collection set (pendant, ear rings, ring worth 97, 466/- on 9 September. Ring size was small but they promised a bigger size but they did not informed me about the consequences if I return it after 15 days. Now today on 27th September when I went to get it exchanged for a bigger size with rs 10k more of course for bigger size, they said it’s company policy and they will deduct GST, making charges which was about 10000 something. Now they demanded 20k for bigger size.
I was taken aback that how could they cheat on the customer. They did not informed me about this monetary part when I purchased it and also did not informed me when I made them a call on Saturday. This is negligence of duty and cheating on customers’ hard earned money. Was this information helpful? |
