Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your notice and seek your help in settling an issue regarding unethical conduct and non-commitment to a purchase by Messrs. Caratlane Trading Private Limited. https://www.caratlane.com/ who claim to be a partner of Tanishq and are a subsidiary of Titan Company Limited.
An order was placed via Order Number: C0F9843E, Order Date : 02 September 2023. A sum of Rs 1, 488 was paid to this effect. The payment was acknowledged by the company via email. The delivery was fixed on 07 Sep 2023. However, upon repeated requests, reminder and phone calls, the delivery of the ordered item has still not been made as on 15 Sep 2023.
You are requested kindly to help me bring this issue to the public and the consumer forum.
At the same time, Messrs. Caratlane are requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.
